On June 4, 2024, the IFRS Foundation, UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative, and IFC successfully hosted a training on 'Applying the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards' for the staff of the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund. With over 220 participants, the session focused on the new IFRS Sustainability and Climate-related disclosure standards IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 , equipping attendees with a deep understanding of sustainability and climate-related financial disclosures.
